Is this a very harsh hack?

It's not harsh at all! I have had the noseband both wrapped and unwrapped and I'm not the type of person who uses harsh bits or anything like that on my horse. My horse absolutely loves this hack!

Will this hack fit any size Quarter horse?

Yes it will eventually bend itself to fit the nose of a horse

Would this hackamore fit a 14 hand Arabian?

No not one with a typical Arab head. It sits comfortably on my 15.2 large quarter horse.
