I train most days and always have an electrolyte drink before, during or after a session to keep cramping at bay (and it does indeed work). The notable thing about this make/variety is that it does taste noticeably nicer than most (and I’ve had lots of different flavours over the years). Quite sweet but not sickly or synthetic, it’s a pleasure to take. The only negative is that in my opinion I takes noticeably longer to dissolve than probably every other type and brand I’ve tried (by which I mean about a minute longer - which might not sound much but when you’re in a hurry it seems like a good while longer). I tend to pop one in water and do something else while it fully dissolves (so no biggy really).All in all I like them. They taste noticeably better than many and are predictably effective.

The media could not be loaded. Hydration can have a huge impact on your work out. Both in terms of performance and recovery.These are very easy to use just plop a tab into a glass of watet and let it fizz away. They dissolve really well. They seamed a bit slow but it does a better job and leaves no junk at the bottom. I didn't need to Stir either.Rehydration tabs i always expect to taste salty but these were actually a biy sweet and sharp. They taste surprisingly good. I choose grapefruit.... And they taste like actual grapefruit. A bit sweet and sharp. Really good.Nutrient wise these tick all the boxes; sodium, magnesium, potassium, calcium, chloride, 0 calories. All are good for muscle movement, repair and avoiding cramps.These work great for pre workout or recovery. I play golf and often get dehydrated or cramps after. Pack of 20, up to 20 days supply but i don’t use these every day, probably around 1-2 times a week as a gentle pick me up. Electrolyte boost, the taste is pleasant and tolerable grapefruit flavour but not the best as it is very artificial and uses sweetener. Dissolves easily into a glass of water but does take a bit longer than other similar products.Just ok for me, i’m pleased to have tried them and somewhat effective but i do have preferred brands when it comes to this type of product.£6 (at the time of review) which works out about 30 pence per serving, much cheaper than a bottled vitamin/energy drink, also works out cheaper than leading brands but you do get what you pay for with these.

***Updated to say: I've been using these regularly for 10 months now and really love them! They have been great during times of illness (including a severe case of food poisoning!) and also during summer holidays during a major heatwave. I have tried other brands - which were a bit cheaper - but none were as nice as these. And these also feel the most effective to me when I have indulged in a few glasses of wine. So, I have opted to pay a bit more and keep coming back to these time and again. It's really pretty nice and has a pleasant after-taste too.It's an easy way to hydrate - just drop a tablet into some water and it'll start to dissolve. I put mine in a small-ish glass and it didn't take too long to completely dissolve. I imagine the more water you have with it, the quicker it dissolves.Great for if you've been unwell or have a hangover!£6 for 20 tablets is quite pricey if you're going to have one (or more) every day. But, still probably worth it for something that tastes nice so is easy to drink.

This product is overpriced at £6 compared to other electrolyte tablets on the market by between 3 and 6 times to the best of my knowledge. Ingredients are similar or the same as other no brand competitors.The flavour was good and rich, and the effervescence was vigorous to say the least (must be the sodium bicarbonate). Results-wise, as with most similar products, it's hard to tell. The idea is that when you sweat, your body loses salts. These salts (electrolytes) facilitate electro-chemical reactions in your body during normal functioning. If you lose these and don't replace them, then your body will struggle, relatively, to perform the same tasks. So if you can replace the lost electrolytes, then you should in theory be able to maintain effort during exercise for example without significant loss of performance. Whether it works is debatable, because of the delay between electrolyte loss and replenishment.Anyway, these tablets are pretty standard, but are priced higher than many competitors.
