Game Changer!
Being a bigger guy using ropes doesn't allow me to keep arms by my side because they are too short so you compensate by moving them in front of you. Same with biceps, face pulls, ect. This solved all problems! Range is greatly improved as well. It is well made and sturdy. A huge like is the straps are 100% even. One side isn't a big longer which puts more emphasis on that arm. Work them equally. It's a no-brainer for the price and quality! Yes 100% would buy again!

Good attachment
Gave me more extension on my tricep pull downs and is great for face pulls.

Love it. Strong. Long(pause).
Little difficult to articulate your hands in this thing, but it's long and strong(pause). You'll get a good muscle stretch with this. Little difficult to get it just right, though...

Perfect cable attachment for leg curls/extensions!
The media could not be loaded. LOVE my Viking Strength tricep rope attachment! I use this item to perform hamstring curls and leg extensions using my cable machine/functional trainer. It’s well made and has plenty of padding for comfort!

Less is more
I bought this as a replacement for a beloved canvas triceps strap that I had for years and eventually misplaced. This is bigger in my bag, less functional at the gym, and doesn't feel nearly as durable -- I don't actually use the different lengths, there's a lot of unnecessary padding, it doesn't feel as durable, and it's more awkward for looping over your feet for stuff like reverse squats/cable knee lifts. The search continues.

Great for Face Pulls
This is the right length to allow you to do a proper face pull. It is also very comfortable to use. I would buy it again, but this one will last a long time.
