Good product. Battery life is short

I put a AAA battery in one of the bottle lights and placed it in a bottle. It looked really nice. After about 2 minutes, I started smelling an odd odor, like something was getting really hot. I grabbed the bottle light battery pack and it was very warm to the touch. I screwed off the cap and the smell got worse. I then dumped out the battery and when I went to pick it up, it was so hot I couldn't hold it. So I thought maybe it was a bad battery. I grabbed another new battery and decided to try all 6 bottle lights in the package. Three of them didn't even work and the other three made the battery hot after just 30 seconds. Beware of this product!
