When I opened this item it sprung in to shape. Love the fact the roof is velcro and comes off. I washed it as my cat was sick in it and it came up great and never lost its shape. It's cozy and love how soft the pillow in side is would highly recommend

8year old daughter was concerned everybody had their own bed, except our cat Eric. Note: previously bought beds for said cat, cat chose to sleep anywhere except said beds so I got rid. However, to address her genuine concerns, amazon prime enabled Eric to have not only a bed - but indeed his very own house, the next day. Came well packaged (over packaged, actually, and very protected). Having a tired mummy moment, it took me a minute to realise that it looked strange as the roof was on back to front. Dog took quite an interest, so moved out of his way so Eric would get his own space. Cat duly obliged, much to daughter's delight and genuinely seems to love it. Thank god. Daughter 1, Mummy 0 - thought it'd be a complete waste.

Well I got this cos I wanted my dog to have a comfy hidey hole cos she’s scared of fireworks. Unfortunately she was about as keen on going inside this as she was coping with the fireworks! After thinking it may end up being a waste of money, she decide to squash it and lie on the fluffy roof and now her and my other dog love sleeping on top of it!This is a well made product, worth the money and clearly very versatile as a dog house or a squashed dog bed! :) The only concern is, they both also like it as a chew toy and I have had to stop them dragging it round the room for fun!

For the price I thought it would be a something a little sturdier but 1 of my cats adores it, brings out the kitten in him when he pads and purrs away trying to make himself comfy.

I have had this product before and it is popular with our dogs but it does not wash successfully.

Good size cat likes it. Down side rubbish cushion so made my own easy to do for any one who has same problem had a memory foam topper unpicked part of cushion cut 2 pieces just a bit smaller and put those in instead of stuffing sowed on press studs so can take out foam to wash cover now have a cat that is very very happy.

Really nice pet house. I bought it for 2 chihuahuas around 3 kg each. They fit and like it there.Good value for money. The only problem I have is the cushion in the house. It's uneven and fluffy so my dog caught his nail in it and I have put dog blanket in to make it even.
