Best moisturizer I’ve ever used
The gel cream is wonderful. They sent me the gel on the last order I got by mistake and I thought I’ll just use it, how different can it be. Wrong! It actually made my skin feel drier.

Love this product but WTH?
I ordered and waited. When I opened the package I noticed the box was open. I reached in and the lid was completely off. The product looked used. The product came opened and the box was definitely opened. And it's not the product at all. It's in a different language and not the product in the pictures or description. I use this product everyday and I ordered this before I ran out. Now I'm out of my old one with nothing to replenish it with. I'm pretty bummed with my purchase. I'm also shocked with what happened, Neutrogena is usually very good at keeping products sanitary, and not selling old products. Oh well, I guess I'm heading to UPS to return my item.
