Used this for a few Halloween parties, great jacket. Vest is nice and adjustable. Shirt is basically a collar or a Dickey which was fine cause it’s not very cold here in AZ. Boot covers are good. Top hat not so much. Went and bought one for $10. Used it twice so far and expect to get a few more uses out of it.

Nice costume. We saw it at a brick and mortar store and liked it but it was damaged. Was happy to find it online and it was less expensive to boot. The hat was a little disappointing as it really has no structure and was too small for my husbands head. But he wore it without and was just fine. Maybe in the future we'll look for a legitimate top hat to go with it.

This is a great idea for someone who doesnt want to have a costume like anyone else. The jacket and vest are very nice! The hat was ok - its not very sturdy (would be better if there was some sort of cardboard inside the lining of the had to make it stand up better and look more authentic. The boots werent that great as well. You slip your feet into them and they sort of remind me of leg warmers. You put your own shoes on once the leg warmerish boots are on. But Overall good looking product. Keep in mind you need to have your own black pants.

Gold chain broke immediately and the tassle things on the shoulders need to be glued or pinned in place. The wight shirt piece with attached bowtie looks nice but doesn't stay in place at all so I bought a white dress shirt and red satin bowtie. The hat isn’t the best either. I went out and bought a nice felt fitted top hat instead. Otherwise everything is nice and should last me a few years, at least I hope.

Nice costume, the large fit as the sizing guide indicated . The only drawback, as other reviewers have mentioned, is the hat, and the bib that represents a shirt. I will not take off a star off for them, because although they are not optimal, they are fully functional. Then add that as this issue was anticipated, I was able to rectify it by a getting a top hat, and a red bow tie, as add-on items. The Amscan Costume Party Bow Tie is almost a perfect match to the one attached to the bib.

This product will do the trick for me, but it is definitely overpriced. The hat is worthless and doesn't fit anyone that has a large hat size, the boot covers will work, but ensure that you have a good pair of boots. Remember there is no black pants with the costume. The coat is the best part of the costume, but it is not that great. The shoulder boards will fall off pretty easily if one person barely tugs on them. The shirt/bow tie only goes around your neck and shoulders, it is NOT an actual shirt like it looks in the picture. The vest is okay. It is an overpriced costume that may last a two costume events.

The costume was very nice. I am 6 ft about 200 lbs and the costume fit perfect. Only issue was as others had written about was the hat which was folded flat for shipment would not regain its correct shape. I knew this when I purchased the outfit ( so I still gave it 5 stars) and went down to a costume store and bought a top hat for about $10. We had our Halloween party this past weekend and I received many compliments... :-)

My husband wore this twice this year for Halloween events and got many complements. The coat really is the best part of the costume, although the chain did break the second night he wore it. He didn't use the bib- but did wear the vest and it looked great over a white shirt. He did have to add cardboard to the hat to make it stand up, but once he did that, it was fine!
