This Sky Fruit is good for control sugar

All good some seeds are very hard to separate from shell is all

Very disappointed. Did not work!

most are broken pieces, seems some one already used them, could not get the nuts from the shell. Barely a full fruit like the picture!

Good product, but very bitter. Ground the seeds and put them into gelatin capsules.

I chewed it up like a real man ;)

My sugar levels had never been so good.
