Product is superb, cushion is very good, very comfortable for normal person. But for the patient of diabetic neuropathy and ulceritis, the grip pattern on the upper side of the shoel is uncomfortable. Otherwise very nice product

The material is good and soft, almost feels like i bounce back up everytime i step down. İ am very heavyset and often experienced pain in heels while walking, but haven't since i switched to these. The biggest con is that the straps are too tight, not only for people with wider feet above the arch, but also for people with smaller feet. Takes a decent amout of time to strech them out, during which they painful rubbed against the foot.
