Moisture !
You need a damp area to get result. I only have slugs, no toads. Best to observe toads in area before purchasing.

Adorable. I feel it will survive the winter. Hopefully it will give a frog or a toad a little comfy spot.

Cute!
I’ve put it under the ferns by my water feature, where I’ve seen a frog before. Not sure if he’s going to go in since I don’t want to disturb it, but I think it looks great.Love that it’s now made of eco plastic - my mum has had a ceramic and a terracotta frog house/toad abode and they’ve both succumbed to the frost so I’m going to get her one of these as a gift!

Frog House success!
Placed the Frog House in the garden under bushy shrubs, with the leaves covering the roof. Ensured the house opening was facing North. Within a few days a toad ‘moved in’ and has been there since
