I have a fixation with tools that exemplify spreadability…butter, nut butters, soft cheeses. Wood is the best. These Teak implements are gorgeous and utile, and make you want to spread everything.

Gorgeous! Feel so good in the hand, and the teak is polished very smooth!
These teak knives feel beautiful in the hand; the curve fits into the palm perfectly. Gorgeous. The only thing I am not sure of is the blade is rather thicker than I anticipated.... I guess I assumed it would be really thin (like a knife). It is not, so we'll see how that feels/works. Either way, even if I don't use them as butter knives they will be useful as utensils and cheese spreaders at parties, etc. I love the feel (and the feel good story about the company) that I will be buying more, but cooking utensils this time!

Sehr schöne Streichmesser
Wir verwenden diese Messer als Streichmesser für Butter, Schmelzkäse, Streichwurst etc. und sind von der Qualität begeistert. Zugegeben, ich habe lange mit mir gekämpft, den hohen Preis zu zahlen, aber jetzt, wo ich über meinen Schatten gesprungen bin und die Messer in Benutzung habe, freue ich mich immer aufs Neue, dass ich sie gekauft habe.

Mio figlio, 19 mesi, voleva sempre il coltello dei grandi...così ho optato per questi! Sono più grandi di un coltello tradizionale ma lui riesce bene a tagliare cibi morbidi e così è soddisfatto di aver fatto da solo!
