Really surprised at the quality of this system. I’ve been using zero water for a long time and didn’t realize water quality was more than just ppm. Zero water made water drinkable, but it was still never as satisfying as drinking bottled water and didn’t taste amazing. This system makes water that tastes better than most bottled waters. I rent a home so I didn’t wanna permanently alter the granite plus the way I have it set up was way easier than working with the tiny space under the sink. My house is big so the noise doesn’t bother me, keep in mind if you do do an exterior install, the unit makes quite a bit of noise. But that is not a complaint, it simply is an incredible system and the sound is not bad, it makes a click woosh noise for 30 minutes to an hour. It is pretty loud though, under the sink it wouldn’t be noticed. Also a really cool add on is using the fridge line connector, I attached really long tubing and bought 1/4” water switch so I can get RO water to the dog bowl or anywhere quickly. Highly recommend this unit, super cool. With zero water ice still froze with some white and bubbles it, the water from this system freezes completely clear. The hose spigot install is great for those who don’t wanna mess with the sink, they sell the adapter at any hardware store and water pressure is not an issue at all. Keep in mind the water needs to be colder flowing into the system which is why I ended up needing to run the water line inside the house because the water that was sitting in the line outside got to hot and would freeze in the winter. Now I’ll only have to insulate that small portion running into the house when winter rolls around. Just love this this thing!!!

I bought this because I was tired of my water tasting like dirt (seriously the water in Las Vegas is horrible) and the calcium build up in our ice, Keurig, and latte machine was overwhelming and gross. Installation was pretty straight forward, if you have any issues check out the manufactures website at theperfectwater.com. They have YouTube videos on step by step installation. Our ice cubes are crystal clear, none of the water tanks in our Keurig, or latte machine have any signs of calcium build up. The price might be a bit on the higher end for this product but I felt it was worth it. Prior to this we had a Whirlpool water filtration system and it was half the price and it didn't filter out enough calcium and the water didn't taste as good. So for me the extra cost is worth having clear ice cubes, and zero calcium build up. We have been using the Tap MAster TMULTRA for 3 months now and there is zero build up in the Latte and Keurig machine and everything we use this water for just taste better. One a side note even my dog drinks a lot more water than she used to.. A LOT MORE!! Other filtration systems have you changing your filters 2-3 times a year. TapMaster filter changes are recommended at once a year. I know one things for sure... when I retire and move to Montana out of this dang-gong heat, I'm sure I will have to use well water and if that is the case, then I will make sure this puppy is installed.

I picked the Tap Master ULTRA system to provide purified water in our basement utility room "kitchen" sink, mainly for purified water for my indoor gardening plants. We are in a rural location using well water which is hard and particularly unsuitable for plants, because the dissolved salts content builds up in the pots and basically kills the plant after a couple of months. We considered a distillation system, but the cost of electricity per gallon of produced distilled water made that an un-economic solution for us. The Perfect Water reverse osmosis approach with their Tap Master ULTRA seemed "perfect" for us, and it has worked out that way.We did have a special installation challenge, because our old rural basement plumbing to the sink was via a copper pipe with no shut-off valve at the sink, so I had to use the whole-house shut-off valve to do the installation of the feed water adapter. That turned out to be a non-problem, I just told everybody not to use water while I was doing the installation. But there was a problem with a non-standard one-half inch flare fitting to the cold water faucet of the basement sink. I consulted Perfect Water Technologies about this problem and they gave me remarkably good support with an alternate feed water adapter that they graciously provided at no extra cost. Perfect Water "went the extra mile" in helping me with my installation, and I thank them for that.Our Tap Master ULTRA is performing splendidly, providing purified water that looks great, tastes great, has absolutely no smell at all, and works very well for my indoor plants. I harvest 6 to 12 gallons of water from it per day while I am growing plants to set in the garden. That usage will drop off after I get the plants set out after our safe no-frost date. The standard 3.2-gallon reserve tank that came with the system is adequate for our purposes and lets us draw over 2 gallons at a time, which works out well because it "recharges" fully in about 3 hours. I can easily harvest more than 12 gallons of water a day from the system. Our rural well water has potential bacterial contamination, so the Ultra Violet sterilizer component of the Tap Master ULTRA is much appreciated. Before the Tap Master, we would not drink the well water because of potential bacterial contamination. And our indoor plants are responding to the purified reverse osmosis water as if it were rain water.We are very happy with our Tap Master ULTRA and the support that Perfect Water Technologies gives, and I would give this thing Six Stars if I could.

This water quality is amazing. Compared to water I have tasted from streams in the Appalachian, Ozark and Rocky mountains, this water is just as good and without some of the health risks. I find myself drinking water just for the pleasure of it.The installation video was right on point. Be sure that you have good access to the plumbing behind your sink before you start installing. You will also need an electric outlet if you get UV light or circulation pump. If you are self installing it is easy if you are properly prepared and have adequate space to work.

Have the applicable Home Master R/O unit of which these filter change set are required for more then a 2 years. As advertised no tools required for filter change out , water quality is great. Definitely recommend

Easy to install and great tasting water. I am on a rural well and was advised to run the water through a water softener first as our water is quite hard. I was also told that softening the water first would increase the life of the ro membrane.

I purchased these filters before, and all was OK. This last time I got the three filters but there was no UV Light, which is supposed to be included!

no more hauling bottles of water -am very pleased with this unit. Was easy to install - no leaks and water tastes fine.Installed in basement and runs upstairs to kitchen sink tap.
