Bought this holder for a wheelchair. It worked so well, I bought a 2nd one for a walker. It locks into place and doesn't slide down.

I purchased this a year ago because the bars on my husband's walker are flat not round. Other holders would not work but because this uses a strap it did fit. It holds his cups and water bottle just fine. A few weeks ago the walker fell over and the buckle piece cracked. I could not get it to tighten any longer. I was ready to order a new one when I read a review that said the company replaced a broken one. So I contacted them and they are sending me a new part. Great service.

Disappointed not able to use

My first one broke getting my chair in and out of the car so I ordered another one. I also ordered a soft type holder that I don't worry about breaking but the soft one is a pain to get my 32oz waterbottle in and out of. I don't have to worry about the hard plastic breaking but it's harder to get the bottle in and out of. I like the hard one better.

It doesn’t attach firmly anywhere on my rollator, swings back and forth then just slides down the bar…and that’s without a cup or anything in it. Maybe if there was a bar that I could possibly zip tie it to at the top and near the bottom of the holder that might prevent the issue.

This device was easy to install, is sturdy and holds my heavy drinking cup well. However, was disappointed and disgusted that the phone holder is just a tad too small for my iPhone 15 with a very slim cover. I had ordered another type of cup holder and it was the only good thing about it was the phone holder. Too bad that these companies cannot get it right! If this one would hold my phone it would have gotten five stars.

Used on walker and wheelchair. Fits both

after my husband broke two that used a toggle bolt to attach i tried this ( has a strap)he needed the ability to quickly move left or right - so it want in the way when he was sitting on his walker or going through a narrow door. this does the trick!

Sturdy but doesn’t fit my mugs and my phone gets stuck, but it fits my water bottle and I can rest my phone in the top so I’m keeping it.

I have a libre 2. The phone fits nicely and, since it isn't in my handbag, stays in contact with the sensor.

Fait très bien après le deambulateur. Facile à installer

It was very wobbly and my phone actually fell out onto the road while being held in by this holder. It does not secure your phone

The only downside of this product is f you use it on an horizontal bar as it won't be solidly fixed. Otherwise on a vertical bar, everything is perfect
