Muscle Groups & Exercises

Exactly what I was looking for- quality, colored poster that clearly shows and labels the muscle groups. I framed it, and it's a good reference for me in my home gym. So THAT'S where the deltoids are located!

First of all, let me start of by saying that the customer service from the seller is TOP NOTCH. My package got damaged through shipping and when I got it, the poster was messed up pretty badly. I sent out an email to Daydream Education and within minutes, they had a new poster already on the way free of charge. Thank you guys for your excellent service. The poster itself was beautiful. Very vibrant and clear. I ordered this one because the artwork was well done and detailed enough without looking too busy and cluttered. I'm extremely satisfied with it and I would recommend this to others. Currently have it hanging in our home gym, and it's perfect.

It is awesome, use your phone to scan the muscle you want to target. Gives you a video of what you can do. Has helped me a lot after not be in the gym or work omg out in many years.

Great pictoral representation. At 78 I still exercise with bans and weights. This well designed chart helps my focus.

The poster is nice, very colorful and well illustrated. Would be good for doctors offices and rehab centers as well as home gyms. It is laminated and very good quality, but maybe not for the very serious weight lifter.... it may be too basic for that.

Great product! My grandson now has direction re the exercises he should be doing to develop specific muscle groups thanks to the bar code info on your chart!

It’s large and shows you major muscle groups.. good for beginners..
