This thing works like a charm! I’ve never seen so much hair in one container from just combing my Australian Shepard!!! I would definitely recommend!

I had ordered one of these from a different manufacturer and it turned out to be a dud bc right out of the box, the power button did not work.However, I needed something to groom my dog. I read lots of reviews and settled on this one as it is marketed as being for large dogs. NOT.I received it yesterday and right away started to (attempt to) groom my Doodle.It made a mess of hair all over my living room. The hair did not suction into the vacuum as I was cutting so I had to keep stopping to pull it off the clipper and throw it in a bag. I also had to empty the canister a countless number of times but every time I did, the hair was drawn to the outside of the plastic canister and stuck to it and flew around, eventually ending up all over the floor. And r moving the guide combs, was impossible without hurting my hand so I was stuck with using only one size.To top it all off, the motor died after just one use!Lesson learned. I'm done with vacuum clipper kits. These are not well made products. Stick with quality traditional grooming clippers and vacuum your floors afterwards.

Small for price and doesn’t seem to be the best quality. Also seems to be better for shedding purposes than grooming. First order did not work so had to get a replacement which was handled quickly.

My dogs loved this. It worked so well and got so much hair off of them. They loved it and were waiting for their next turn. The deshedding tool also works great for dogs with a thick undercoat. The handle had a button to retract the tines and suck the hair into the canister.

I was not sure what to expect but this dog grooming kit is great! It has good suction and trims really well. It wasn't too loud for my dogs, they are sensitive to things like the vacuum. This worked great for us!

Ok, I was a naysayer. I scoffed at some of the reviews. However I am a convert. This thing is great! It’s professionally packaged. I’m sure you’ve read other reviews about what comes with it. My dogs so t have long hair, but they do shed 2-3 times per year. One more than the other. I ad just brushed them two days prior and you can see what I got off of them in 10 minutes. One dog does not like the vacuum sound. I had to hold her down. I heard her say, “I hate it, but I LOVE it!”. My other dog, the black one with sit still “and take it”. I started with the grooming brush which has soft bristles. I got the hang of it quickly. There is a “claw” Type attachment which is for big, thick furry dogs as well as detanglement. I used the rake second. It’s wide and a little sharp, so if you have short to medium haired dogs go slow so as to not hurt their skin. My dogs liked it. What amazed me was how much hair I got off of them. It’s 97F today. The dogs don’t miss 1/2 lb of fur at all! The container empties like most current vacuums.The cord is UNDERNEATH the unit. The instructions don’t really tell you how to get it out. I just yanked it, which made it fray just a bit. It’s never gonna go back in. There several cutting attachments for the wireless clipper (which also attaches to the vacuum). I’m not sure if my dogs can tolerate a clipping. I might try a very light trim. This company also makes other sizes of this model. Check those out too. Two big thumbs up from me!
