Thus product does exactly what it has been purchased for. If any pressure is put on the mat it emits an alarm. In turn this alerts the carer when the patient is out of bed and therefore can ensure their safety when mobile.

Peace of mind and excellent service
This is an excellent product and they have fabulous customer service who help with any issues you may have. It provides peace of mind when caring for someone who might wander. They have been nothing but reassuring and kind. If you are in the middle of a care situation they are definitely a friendly voice on the end of the phone.

Excellent customer service
Bought one of these as my mother has alzheimers and gets up during the night.Its works fine but I had a query and needed advice.I was straight through to technical support who gave me the solution I needed without any fuss or hassle.
