I originally bought these supports for myself because the arch of my foot would hurt after walking around my house in just socks all day (I'm aware I could wear shoes, but I don't want to at home). I put them on over my socks, and they fixed my foot pain. I wore them so much I wore out the velcro, so I bought a second pair. I also bought a pair for my dad who has plantar fasciitis. He said it fixed his foot pain too, and I see him wearing them around his house when I visit. I'm now back again putting a fourth pair in my cart for my husband.

I have very flat feet and have a hard time finding arch supports that don't hurt my feet or annoy me in some of my shoes. These work great and can be worn in any shoe. (even sandals if needed) I like that you can wear them over your socks so you don't have to wash them daily. I wipe them down with hand sanitizer and let them air dry every few uses. Would buy again.

These lifts are only fair in height. The arch on the strap should definitely be higher than they are
