I bought this primarily to cut long pieces of watermelon. It makes the slices look pretty on a table display. I have yet to use ot on potatoes. It works fine snd the quality is very good.

We made the decision to try and eat less processed foods. This makes great waffle fries, wavy French fries, and rippled chips using a potato, oil and some salt. Very simple to use…just watch your fingers. It is crazy how many chips a single potato can make. Air fryer and an oil spritzer are great investments too

Great way to cut whole potatoes easily for crinkle cut fries. Can cut extra and freeze. So much more economical than buying frozen.

The slicer works great. It makes the potatoes look a little more fancy. As far as the sturdiness you have to hold the potato still before placing the cutter on it so this is where taking your time is key. The blade is sharp all the more reason to take your time when using. Overall it's okay.
