Amazon was entirely unhelpful in resolving the issue, but I was able to get in contact with the seller company directly and they were great. Once I went through the troubleshooting process and the problem was still unresolved, they offered a 50% refund or a replacement. I chose the replacement and I have received it. I haven’t set it up yet, but hopefully there’s no issues with this one! Adjusting my stars to reflect the costumer service 👍🏻I paid extra for the remote version so I would have the ability to adjust the brightness/color ect. I loved it when i initially set it up. The shade design isn’t great, but for the price/adjustability I was willing to accept that.Unfortunately the remote worked for a few hours (with brand new batteries) and now has stopped working completely. The lamp is only on an on and off switch now and it’s extremely bright. Not what I paid for. Amazon says my only option is to return the entire lamp, which is super inconvenient and I no longer have the packaging. I was hoping I could get a replacement remote, but without the option to contact the seller directly, hat didn’t seem to be likely. I guess I will be packing it up… 🤦🏼‍♀️

Bought this for my new reading corner. It does the trick and I like the different modes you can use. I don't like the shade. Since you have to wrap it around yourself the seam is bulky and doesn't look as pleasing. It's worth the price and looks decent enough.

The remote doesn’t work. Pretty disappointed
