Arrived broken
The removable piece of the litter box was broken. Since the amazon box it arrived in was in pristine condition, I assume the seller packed a broken litter box. Since I was in a hurry, I can't return it and get a replacement. I had to duct tape it together.That said.While my experience was bad, the litter box itself is good enough. It's a bit on the small size, so check dimensions before you buy.I may be getting a bigger new one next month or so. For a one time purchase, It's frustrating to deal with these problems.
