I had bought the 1000W for my house in the mountains because power outages occur throughout the year (heavy snow, flooding, random). The power station had enough power to last 2 days. Eight hours used for a full size refrigerator. We also had the wifi router, phones, and laptops charging. I loved this so much, I bought 2 more (these larger 2400W power stations) as we are expecting a harsh winter and could be without power for several days. Because of all the storms we had this year, many people went without power for a week. The only thing I was surprised about, and shouldn't have been, is that the 2400W power stations are over 50 pounds. I have these situated in various locations throughout the house so they don't have to be moved. Highly recommend!

No filters on photos. Flashlight included for size reference.This unit came with a 52% charge. I charged up my phone, it took about an hour (from 8%), the % on the battery didn’t change. Both A/C outlets work. Charged up the battery with my EBL 200W and it took less than 3 hours. Still testing, but love it so far.Great quality, sturdy, heavy, handle feels thick and well attached. A steal at $250. The fan never activated so, I can’t comment on the noise.Will update after camping trip.

I had only two concerns. First, the shipper (FedEx) was slow. It took a number of days to receive the product. FedEx claimed that they attempted delivery, but I was home all day. So I had to wait an extra day. Second, the flaps over the outlets don't stay up. It would be nice to have them stay up. Overall, a very nice product! Charging the unit was quick.

This portable power station has been so handy! I mainly keep it in my garage to power my stereo, two work lights, charge my phone, and charge my Makita batteries. It’s very convenient for me because my garage for some reason only has one outlet located all the way on the opposite side of where my workbench is. When the battery in this runs low I just plug it in overnight and it’s ready to move back in the morning. One thing I’ve used it for that was a total game changer was to power my electric pump to inflate my paddleboards. Usually I have to plug it into my car and have the car running while I inflate them, but with this I’ve been able to inflate them right on the waters edge! 10/10 would recommend!**Update** - We had a storm and lost power to our house for about 48 hours. The interior temperature got to around 38 degrees and I used this EBL 500W power station to power a heating pad for my dogs. I put the heating pad in a pile of blankets and let it run on the lowest setting and this unit was able to power it no problem. Dogs were very happy and cozy. Humans not so much.

I am a 5 time buyer of EBL power stations of various sizes BUT I was very disappointed this time. I followed directions perfectly but this 2400 watt unit would not allow itself to be charged by ANY method at all and when I tested it with the volt meter there were no readings at all. It is as if someone packaged the contents inside the plastic housing, sealed it up and shipped it out. It's beautiful but might as well be a boat anchor. I spent 4 hours on the phone trying to get this $1100 PLUS purchase taken care of because I desperately need this device due to lack of electricity and during thatv4 hours I was transferred 4 times and had to recount the story each time. Very frustrating and the process needs to be stream-lined. I am hoping to receive a functional replacement that works as well as others I have had. Orders coming from China have been horrible the last 2 years because employees are revolting in the workplace and very frequently I am experiencing sabotaged products from various factories. Don't blame EBL. Blame the labor practices who abuse the hard workers! When you can get a functional unit, these are great to have. Even $5000 units from American based companies are failing because of poor quality components purchased in China and used to assemble here in Idaho. Give EBL a chance but don't buy your unit at the last minute because there's a 50/50 chance it won't work. The customer service people were courteous but it is inexcusable to be transferred 4 times in 4 hours and have to repeat

Love it! Very versatile and I can give it to my friends or neighbors during a severe outage. I have a home generator. Found this on sale to hand out to our friends. I’ve stressed tested it a few times and it’s great to know the fridge will last for a solid 4 days or I can use it to power the furnace a few times.

This product is very solid. I think it's worth it to have a generator that's capable of handling large loads. Makes sense to have solar panels that meet the volt, amperage, and 800 watt requirement to give a quick 3 hour charge. Within that short time, you won't need to keep adjusting the panels to the position of the sun very much. The only downside to this generation is, it's heavy. Be nice if it had a handle to carry with one hand. Your forced to have to carry it with 2 hands. Other than that, I think this is the ideal product to have in your home.
