Didn’t do anything.
I’d already lost 40 lbs using traditional methods and thought these might help take off an extra five lbs but they made no difference. Any time I lost a lb there was something else I did. If I gained a lb it was because I ate differently the day before. The gummies for me were irrelevant

It did not help me lose any weight. I feel like it did help with appetite suppressing.
