I got these for prop handling, especially items like glass and other items with highly reflective or glossy surfaces that show fingerprints easily. It's great for my photography projects as it helps minimize the polishing of the props or subjects after the initial polish by having these cotton gloves on my hands for any subsequent handling.I selected these over many of the other options (and at a higher price point) because these could be purchased by glove size, which was great. I figured that would help with getting them sized properly to my hand. And that worked! They fit my hand quite well. The fingers are a bit too long, but that is pretty common with a lot of mass produced, disposable style (or limited use re-usable) gloves. It will allow some room for when my nails are long, which is nice as right now they are short.As I mentioned, this set was at a higher price point than many of the options available on Amazon. They were $16.95 at the time of purchase (and this review) for a box of 7 pair for the Medium size. Whereas most of the other options gave you far more pairs at lower cost, but again, I had no idea how they would fit and that was too much of a hassle for me. I needed them and I needed them to fit, now. And these are perfect and I'll stick with them.I don't do anything but deal with prop handling with these gloves on. When I'm done arranging the props in my set-up, whether that be adding it or removing it or moving it around... I take them off. I don't work with my camera or my phone or my computer or anything else with these gloves on. I do that to limit how dirty they get or limit the amount of oil or anything else that can be transferred to my props from them. So I cannot speak to how well these are for operating touch devices through them such as phones and tablets. I'll always remove the gloves before doing so.Oh, and they also come with a nice little laundry bag for when you to launder them! That is a nice touch!If fit is a must, and you need them for projects that dexterity is a concern. I highly recommend these gloves as they can be purchased based off of your glove size. You just need to know that size. Definitely worth it.
