Just slip on the brace…it’s easy.

The main issue that I have with these is that the very design of it pulls itself off of my toe.I strap it onto my toe like I should, and then the elastic band that wraps around my heel to keep it all in place continually pulls the supportive section off of my toe.It's not bad, perse, and probably okay if you don't walk around a lot. But the design needs some work.

Used two months straight when walking at home barefoot after work. That was 4 hours daily plus when sleeping through the half of the night. It was painful to use.... Zero results. Plain ZERO. Female, age is 55.Those went into garage can. At least the pain is gone when I throwed that thing away. Maybe it works for young people.
