Solid creatine with a great taste!This creatine from Nutricost has been awesome so far. The fruit punch flavor is actually really good—not too sweet, and easy to drink. I love the Pineapple Mango flavor with 10 oz of water. Any less and it’s too sweet for me. I gave it 4/5 stars because the powder doesn’t completely dissolve and settles at the bottom. Aside from that, I really like it. I do feel like this enhances my workout. I couldn’t thoroughly complete the loading phase because I had VSG surgery in 2020 so my stomach cannot physically hold a lot of food and water. So I drank 2-4 max per day for the first 5 days.

Pineapple Mango tastes solid.For sweetness, I find 16oz of water is the way to go. The recommended 8-10oz is far too concentrated and ends up tasting bitter.Others have mentioned some portions not dissolving. You will run into this if you use cold water. Using room temperature water, shaking it in a bottle, and letting it sit for ~15 minutes dissolves everything. You can always add ice later if needed.
