20 x 300mm Long Pre Waxed Wicks For Candle Making with sustainer`s

I use beeswax for candlemaking and didn’t find that these wicks wen well with it at all - they were burning really quickly, and then just smouldering, often burning out completely. They might work ok with soy flakes but I wouldn’t recommend these with beeswax

Overall I found the wick frequently detaxhes from the metal base making them not that easy to work with. Price wise though they are cheap so it depends on if you're willing to keep trying to reattach them or just use a fresh one

I've got be honest..these are the worst whicks I have ever used. The slightest bit of pull and the whick comes straight out of the sustainer. I have made 4 candles and have broken 5 whicks. I have had to put my whicks in a bit slack which isn't great. Twice the whicks came away just from the pressure of pouring in the wax which is extremely frustrating as I had to pour the wax back out and wash out the jar and start all over again.

Every time I wound the wick round the wick pin it came away from the sustainer. Then the wick moves off centre. Very annoying.

Just what I needed to melting down old candles and making my own new one. Can cut the wick to length after the wax has dried.

They were very good, and long, did the job!
