Comfortable hands paddles, easy to wear
Using as a training tool every day, very nice! The paddles worked great for me, definitely helped me improve my stroke.. The straps are very sturdy and adjustable. Swim paddles don't too tight and had so many holes, provided sufficient surface area to generate resistance to push better with upper body.Unisex, fits all sizes. By switching hands, you can get a slightly different set of muscles to be exercised. They gave me a great workout and could be used for hours at a time.

Strap broke on the first use
Kind of bummed that the strap came undone on the first lap of using them. Fortunately, I'm a problem solver. I made it through the workout and did some "rigging" once I finished. For the price, I'm not going to complain.

Not for the serious swimmer
I bought these paddles on recommendation from a friend. After trying them a few times I have concluded that they fine for some swimmers but not the answer for most. The design makes them easy on the shoulder. If this is something you are looking for a paddle, they may be for you. They are also effective for backstroke but less so for freestyle.

Great swim paddles
Outstanding product! It worked as advertised. These swim paddles are just the right size for me, making them easy to put on and take off. They add resistance to the work out to strengthen my arms. Very nice.
