Size is much smaller than shown and return not happening since last 15 days
The product is 3 inches smaller than shown in the picture.. I requested a return on the same day as I recieved 15 days earlier and the pickup itself gets unsuccessful without anybody coming to my gate or calling me on my number. I even had a talk with the support team and they put me on hold for 15 minutes and I had to ultimately disconnect. Very bad experience.

Misaligned holes in the hook
So one hook had a misaligned hole and hence two screws cannot be put it. For the price this kind of quality issue cannot be overlooked.

Poor product quality
The media could not be loaded. Looks like a damaged piece was refurbished and sent to me. Video and picture proves it all. Pick request was approved for 27th september, however product is not picked up yet and refund is also not processed. Totally dissatisfied
