Wax warmer was included
This review is for the following item: Waxfans Roll On Waxing Kit,Roll On Wax Warmer,Honey Wax Roller Kit for Hair Removal,Waxing Kit for Women,Soft Wax Roller Kit for Sensitive SkinI found this to be a very confusing item. When reading the reviews it seems that some people did receive a warmer, others did not. Some state no warmer was included, and none was mentioned as being included. I can't help but think that not all of us are getting the same item. If you read the question section it states that no warmer is included. Just makes me question this whole listing. In this package I received the following: 1 wax warmer, 2 wax roll ons (one was in the box, the other was already in the warmer. I also received a package of wax strips and a small bottle with sprayer of "after wax treatment spray", and lastly a cover to put on the opened wax container when finished for the day.I found it took a little over 30 minutes for the wax to be fully liquid. It is easy to see when the wax is ready to use. I found it was pretty easy to apply. Run the wax over the area of skin that you want to remove the hair. Apply the wax strip and then pull it off. It's pretty simple to do.I did not find the wax to be overly scented. The waxing procedure left my skin feeling nice and soft.I think this is a nice kit for someone beginning to wax, but I don't know if I can actually recommend buying this one because everyone seems to be getting something different.

Absolutely horrible. Do not buy
Do not buy this product. This was the absolute worst waxing product I have ever used. It completely jammed within the 2nd application and would not work. I even kept it in the heater and it still did not work. It was extremely painful just to apply which is not normal for waxing products. It created a huge mess which was almost impossible to clean up fully. It was a complete waste of money. Do not buy this item.

Not easy to use
I used this wax on one of my underarm then I had to use a shaver to do the next one. The pain was extreme.

Effective but time consuming.
I ordered this wax hair removal kit and have put off using it because I was a little fearful of how to use it and of the pain. I was afraid the wax would be too hot, and I was afraid that it would hurt a lot when I peeled it off. It actually is easy to use. Warm the wax up, roll it onto your legs, apply the cloth, rub downwards, and peel off the cloth. It does sting when you peel it off but not as bad as I was afraid it might. It is easy to use, but I feel like there is a learning curve as far as technique goes. The very first strip worked the best. I think it's because the wax was the warmest. After that the wax cooled off relatively quickly and sometimes left hair and wax behind on my legs. I unplugged it before using because the cord is so short, but I think if I get an extension cord and keep it plugged in the results will be more consistent. I waxed one calf and shin using eight strips, and all but one of them worked well. I don't know what was different, but one strip left little purple welts on my leg. After I waxed my leg, I applied the after treatment spray. I massaged it in and I feel like it was it effective in calming the stinging. It has a strong but not unpleasant perfumed scent. As far as the wax goes, a little goes a long way. I haven't made a dent in the wax, and I am sure I will run out of waxing strips before I run out of wax. I will have to figure out if I can use something else that I already have or if I need to go buy more. I haven't tried it on my armpits or face or other areas.I only waxed one leg, and plan to shave the other just to evaluate if the waxing keeps my leg hair-free longer than shaving. I will update my review if necessary. Made in China.

Didn't work very well for me
I usually wax with hard wax, but figured I'd give this a try - sounded easier. That was not the case for me, unfortunately. I plugged it in and waited the stated 25 minutes. There was no flow at all even when I tried tipping it upside down. The roller would not roll. Left it plugged in for 30 minutes more to try again. I got it to start working by rolling it a little with my fingers and then it started coming out, but not very much at all. When I had what I thought was a good strip on my thigh, I applied the removal strip, let it set for a few, then removed. On the plus side, it didn't hurt much at all. On the downside, it didn't get much hair. Left a lot of stickyness, which I will say the little bottle of oil spray that came with it cleaned it up nicely. The warmer itself could really benefit from including a base dock to set it on, and maybe a temp setting, because it didn't seem to melt the wax very well at the pre-set temp. The included wax smells like honey. Pleasant smell, and after clean up, my skin was soft and smooth. This is the first roll-on wax product I've tried, so I'll keep trying with it to see if there's something I'm doing wrong or something. I'll practice in between my regular waxings.

Honestly, Amazing!
The WAX is AMAZING!!! It doesn't leave much wax residue behind and it pulls up on the paper easily. The after spray wax is fine, I don't really use it as I use baby oil and my own moisturizers but it does the job done. Sometimes I use it to clean the wax roller's head so I can store it though. The papers are ordinary but still appreciated in ANY kit :)Let the warmer do its thing and then test it on a wax strip paper and if it glides, you can then use it on your skin with no skin pulling.
