Very bad taste and texture
I grew up on this type of delicacy, being Mediterranean. My grandmothers and mother made these for decades. I’ve not had it in years, so for nostalgia I wanted to try again. This is the most vile thing I’ve tried. It was so hard to chew on, definitively not young walnuts. It had such rough texture, and the taste was not good either. In the trash it went, because nobody of my 5 family members could tolerate it. We all chewed a bite, and spit it out immediately. Such a total waste of money. Horrible product.

Flavor is good. I'm not use to seeds in perserves

More like syrup, and the mulberries had a LOT of green stem still attached.
If you are looking for a jelly or jam, this is not that, it is more like syrup. I am not sure if this is a common practice or not, but almost every mulberry still had a LOT of stim still attached.

Very tasty, but about 50% cherry pits by weight.
Very small fruits - probably normal for this plant - but mostly pits. I wasn't expecting that.

Problem with shell
The first one I tried to cut was so hard I couldn't cut at all. The nextc3vwere great.
