Thoroughly disappointed in these balloons. Was really excited to get what I needed all in one pack. Began to inflate with helium morning of party and junk! Only the soccer balloons would float. The 9 and stars did nothing. The 9 was small. Had to rush to grocery to get new ones and spend more money. Was past the return date so I am out the money. Spend a little more and get better balloons. You will be disappointed!!!

Wanted this for my grandson's soccer birthday party. Took it to the store to have it filled with helium, but they said due to liability of damage while blowing it up, they couldn't do it. They could only fill balloons they sold. I get it....they are right. I didn't think it through and this particular balloon set must have helium to work well. Won't make that mistake again...but it would have looked awesome.
