I never got past the first three pages as the grammar was shocking. I thought it was me but I gave it to my partner who agreed that some of the sentences didn't make sense because there were commas missing and hyphens in weird places. Presented well
Excellent book for anyone wanting to delve into Mindfulness. This book gives specific ideas for mindfulness in the workplace - all of which are do-able in most workplaces. It is very well set out, easy on the eye to read, and with lovely colour illustrations throughout.
