Bought this for a Father's day gift and it was embarrassingly difficult to get the pump bottle open. It's also glass which is a wasteful material for recycling.

I was looking for a lighter feeling aftershave balm, but the consistency of this balm is more like body lotion, and it has more of a greasy/oily feeling than I prefer. I got the "Dark & Spicy Barbershop" scent which is a bit too strong for me and lingers for several hours. The Unscented version might be better, but I'm still not happy with the thick consistency of this balm.

I bought the Nomad formulation. I like the consistency of the balm and the feeling on the skin. It seemed to absorb well into the skin, not having a greasy or film feel to it. The scent of Rum, Lime and Sweet Bay was not a familiar fragrance for me, not that it's bad, but not something I immediately liked or felt comfortable wearing. The scent is fairly subtle, but lasts for a good part of the day. Maybe I will appreciate the scent with some continued use, but if asked to buy this Nomad version again, I would not.
