These work as intended and will give results in due time if used regularly

I tried these for a month solid. I can’t tell much difference but my jaw is strong enough to bite through a 2x4. I also accidentally swallowed one so I had to dig it out of my mess before letting my ex wife use it.Maybe after 3 months I will look like Brad Pitt.

My jaw is slimmer

When I first saw these, my first thought was "...right.", but they seemed harmless enough to try, and I lack a strong jaw line, so I figured why not.When I first tried them, I realized that I had a little bit of a gag reflex, and learned to be a little more careful when popping something unknown into my mouth. After learning that lesson, I realized that only a few minutes of using them, made my jaw feel like I was chewing gum all day.As far as results go, you will see a slight improvement in the muscles around your jaw, but you'll only notice that if you were also losing weight while using them, or if you have a pretty thin face. They're also useful if you're in the middle of trying to quit smoking, although they only help with your oral fixation, so don't consider these a "stop smoking remedy", but only an assist in your endeavor.Keeping them clean is pretty easy, you can scrub them, and then boil if you really want to sanitize. Don't forget to wash the case though, if you put them in their case right after, you will leave a, well a residue.

My husband bought this as an experiment and he ended up liking it. It works as how it's supposed to be with no issues. He hasn't complained of any aftertaste with it - or any taste/smell to the exerciser itself. Just be careful because it's that small that some people could probably swallow it. So keep it far away from children I guess. So far, we haven't really noticed a huge difference from when he started using this but who knows if he uses it religiously then we'll see some drastic results. It came with instructions which was very easy to follow. My husband also likes the fact that it has a case with it and that it's compact.

One of the dark gray 50 pound bites became weak after a single use. I didn't get to the 50 pound one until after teh 30-day return window had closed, so now I'm stuck with a broken product.

I can tell right away after using this that my jaw is getting a good workout. I believe it’s working well.
