Reviewing after 1 year excellent working condition. Quick heating winthin three to five minutes.

Good Product, But Lights Are Dim in Daylight
The product is good, but the only issue is that the lights are not visible in daylight. I have used a 3-litre model from Crompton, and in that one, the lights were clearly visible. This is the only flaw I've noticed. If the lights were brighter, it would have been perfect.

Worst after sales service
My geyser stopped working within warranty period and the after sale service is just worst ! Technician does not pick up the phone , the service center number provided by Crompton does not pick up the phone , finally the technician arrived after many days and told us that he will change the element within 2 days but it's been many days there is no response from him and again he isn't picking up the phone . Don't buy Crompton products .
