I found the product sturdy, of good quality, and easy to handle it

This is a nice helpful item but my only issue is that your skin really "sticks* to the padded seat. We had to use baby powder on the seat so my mom wasn't struggling to move while using this.

Padded seat is nice but won’t stay up by itself. Have to hold it up. Wish it would attach to the toilet somehow to make it more sturdy

This commode is great. It is multifunctional and can be used in the bathroom, bedside, or the shower. It was easy to put together with easy instructions.

Recieved feb started falling apart about after 2 weeks use just getting worse no box to send back. Toliet seat fell apart

I've only reviewed one other Restisland medical device and their overall quality appears to be very good. When I opened the box for this Multi-Function Potty Chair my first thought was, Wow more parts than I expected for this type of chair but their User Manual provided all of the clear and concise pictures and written instructions that was needed and once I got started it was actually an easy assembly and I spent between 10 to 15 minutes from start to finish. The fact that the main frame had alpha characters on each piece where "A plugged into A", "B into B", and so on made it so simple to assemble...This chair would be perfect for someone in your family with mobility issues or a loved one who had just come home from a surgical procedure whom needed to be close to a portable toilet from their bedside or even for an elderly family member who can benefit from a raised seat above their toilet to make it easier to raise and lower themselves when using the toilet. They even provide a toilet paper holder on one side of the chair with screws and screwdriver for mounting along with a storage bag on the armrest on the other side of the chair. The padded vinyl seat was thick and comfortable so I could also see this chair being used as a shower chair. The large rubber tips on each leg will keep it from sliding. The weight capacity on this chair is 300 lbs., the chair offers an adjustable height from floor to top of seat of approximately 19.5" to 24" while the average or standard toilet height from floor to seat is under 17". So the adjustable height of this chair is a definite plus for the elderly in raising or lowering themselves up or down.The chair has a minuscule movement from front to back for me when I'm moving my body trying to check for movement but it's not something I would worry about since I'm sure it wouldn't create any kind of a structural issue down the road and most people would probably not even notice it but I thought it was worth mentioning. I definitely would not base my purchase decision on whether to buy it or not on that little bit of movement... I really liked this chair and if I had the option I would make this review a solid 4.5 Star review but the Overall Ratings doesn't work that way!

This toilet or shower chair came with a surprising amount of parts. However, it ended up being very easy to assemble and came with great instructions. The parts were all labeled, which helped a lot.The chair is well made and has anti-slip caps for the feet and non-slip grips on the arm. The padding was adequate, not super comfortable like a chair, but it is not meant to be a chair but something that is functional. The height is adjustable and I found that while I thought that the high setting was too high, an elderly person might like that so they do not have to lower themselves or pick themself up as far... something I did not think about. I like the fact that it has a toilet paper holder. The chair has a SLIGHT wobble but that was with me "super testing" it out. I really doubt that my 90-year-old mother would thrash around on it to the extent that I was testing it and I am satisfied that it will work for her needs. Overall, a super nice toilet chair that will work for a long time. As a side note, I would suggest getting potty chair bags with liners to place in the commode bucket. They make cleanup a breeze.

This is a pretty decent multipurpose chair. The design makes it rather versatile. It can be used as a commode chair, raised toilet seat, or a shower chair. The leg height is adjustable, so it’s fairly easy to just find the right height that would fit over a standard toilet, if you wanted to use this as a raised toilet seat. The commode pail can be completely removed, making it more suitable as a shower chair, provided your bathroom facilities can accommodate this size. One of the most practical uses for our current purposes is using it as a bedside commode. A family member is experiencing limited mobility at the moment due to a recent hip surgery. Having this commode chair next to her bed at night makes it more convenient than trying to walk all the way to the bathroom in the middle night. It’s very practical and working rather well for that purpose for us.The assembly is relatively simple. The instruction book provides step by step details. Matching up the parts using the labeled letters and securing them into place takes only a few minutes. The padded seat is one of the best aspects of this chair. It’s so comfortable and wide enough to suit our needs. The armrests and backrest provide a stable structure to the chair while also giving the user somewhere to hold onto when trying to sit down or get up. They also include a side attachment bar which holds a roll of toilet paper. There is a mesh bag that can be secured as well to hold things like body wash, soap, shampoo, wash rags, and the like.Overall, I’m pretty pleased with it. The only things that have caught my attention so far that just don’t quite sit well with me are these: There were scratches and water stains on the several of the leg extensions, the backrest gets in the way of fully lifting the toilet seat up and keeping it in place, the stitching and fabric on the mesh bag have already deteriorated. Other than that, I think it’s a decent chair and fairly well made.
