I have been using this powder once per day-1 scoop per day- for the past 5-6 days.I haven’t noticed any physical effects from using it. Bad or Good.However, the powder itself…it does NOT dissolve well into drinks. Especially Cold Drinks.On the directions it says specifically to put one scoop into cold water and mix…or, any beverage of choice, I believe as well.Well, in cold water…the powder does not dissolve. It stays super chunky in the cold water. So, that stinks.It does a bit better in warm drinks such as coffee In the a.m.I think the price for this product is extremely high. Especially given the fact it doesn’t dissolve nicely in my cold drinks and because I’ve been using it for almost 1 week with no noticeable benefits yet? I still have regular stomach cramping (I’ve always had this as I believe I have IBS but, I’ve never been officially diagnosed). And, I’m constantly Irregular in my Bowel Movements. This powder has not helped me be any more Regular in anyway-As Of Yet.Should I start to see improvements, I will update my review here. I do plan to continue using this until the container is gone. As of right now I can’t really recommend this stuff especially because of the very high pricing in my opinion.

I've only been taking it for a week now and I am not sure that it's helping or not... But what I am sure of is that it gave me terrible gas for the first few days of use. It mixes well with cold water, but not hot drinks.Short and sweet, but read on for more in-depth detail:Better cold than hot:The first thing I tried to use it in my morning tea... as seen in the picture, it didn't mix but just clumped and ended up throwing the tea out. I then tried it in cold water and it seemed to mix pretty well. (See pictures.)Taste:I wouldn't say the taste is bad, but it has a mild earthy taste and is definitely drinkable in plain water.First week of use:On the first day, let's just say I had to go outside for awhile to spare my wife from the noxious gas. I skipped the next day, no gas. Then I tried it again... same issues with gas. Skipped another day and no gas problems. Third time it still gave me gas, but it was not as bad. Light gas on the forth use... fifth and sixth use no real gas issues. So my advise right to this point is that anyone looking to use this product, not to plan anything in public until they see how it affects them.I am giving this an optimistic 4 Star review for now. I will be updating this review if/when I notice any health difference or when I run out of product.

I've had digestive issues for years and have tried everything. Probiotics make it worse. I've tried everything under the sun and have been tested for allergies, food sensitivity, you name it. I'm feeling 80% better in just four days.Hopefully, this is the cure. I'm just shocked, though-- I haven't felt normal in ages, and this product really makes a difference. Recommended at least to try. It might not work for you, but you don't know until you try.

The product itself is fine - not my cup of tea but the mix may be okay for others. It doesn't dissolve easily so I have a hard time drinking it. It's also very highly priced. I looked into the company Lifio as I always do with supplements, especially when they aren't regulated by the FDA. This company makes a handful of supplements as well as a few beauty products. There just isn't much for background information on the company which makes me very reluctant. They have links to several social media sites for Lifio but there aren't any posts, company or background information. There is no phone number or address on their website, only an email address. This product says it's developed & manufactured in the US with an address in California. But other product labels sold on their website with the same branding say they're manufactured in Iceland for Lifio. So who is Lifio and what exactly do they do? Founders, science, etc., I need more information. For these reasons I don't recommend the product.

This supplement does not dissolve well in water, I prefer to add it to my smoothie. The taste is mild, almost not noticeable. (The smell reminds me of drywall.)Is it helping or is it in my mind? I don't know, but I feel like my gut is responding positively.Review for Lifio Vital Gut Repair+

So. It's all been said. It dissolves poorly, it just clumps clumps clumps. It's good for you, sure. I would like an explanation why it is so expensive though. Are they prize-winning cows? Are they Rhodes scholars? I truly am confused. I feel no difference taking it. I will keep trying though until it's gone, and if there comes a time when I think, wow! this works, I will come back and edit my review.

Suppose to use a scoop and it should be good for both hot and cold drinks, however it does not break down enough in the liquid. Think I’m better off putting the proper amount in empty pill capsules and just swallowing it that way. Can’t tell how results are since it’s only been a few days, but per the ingredients looks like this is a great mixture of proper vitamins for your gut.
