Trying something new than regular milk thistle powder form. This is my second order and will see if has different effects then the powder. Iam using it to help with lactation verses blessed thistle that increases your appetite. The downfall is taking it 3x a day and pills are a little slippery in package and slip right out of my fingers while taking out or ingesting- but it is milk thistle oil not powder...
