I really like this waist trainer because it does not have heavy boning in it. The size chart is off. I have been chinching for awhile now so I'm 160lb and I ordered a medium. It wasnt tight enough, I ordered a small, same thing last row. The extra small fits perfectly for me and Im starting on the 2nd row.

As far as the fit it’s good I ordered a XL. My waist is a 40.5inches and with this unit on it’s 38 inches. And that’s on the first row of hooks and the unit zipped. I have included photos to give an idea of what I explained above. This is my review from just trying on. I will do a follow up after I’ve had the unit for at least 4 weeks. To give an up date in regard to unit and if it was useful. As I will be using this for the gym. But it’s comfortable, looks good on, Coverage is great exactly what I was looking for as far as coverage. It has a nice stretch and price was great. So far the quality looks good.

It has really helped me slim down and reduce inches. It fits great, is comfortable to wear during the day, and you can actually see the results with consistent use. I love it and highly recommend it!

I’m 5’7 221lbs and I’ve had 5 children. I ordered a large and this is by far the best waist trainer I’ve ever ordered. It does not roll up or down. It has great back support. I would recommend this waist trainer to everyone. It is very comfortable.

Very comfortable and looked good under clothes. Covered from under my bus to my hips. It definitely does make your torso sweat and so it needs to be cleaned frequently you could see a difference when I wore it when I didn’t.
