These cover most of my lower back from side to side and stay cold for about half an hour then cool for another half an hour. I like the ones with the soft side because I dont have to wrap them in a towel. These are large and lovely. Definitely recommended if youre a frequent icer.

There are really nice ice packs. They are soft fabric on one side and thick plastic on the other. They seam very durable, even to sit on and they hold the cold a while. Good size. Easy to use.

Works good for knee surgery. Can slide in pants and wrap with an Ace or even towel to hold it in place while driving, doing dishes or resting. Works for about 15-20 minutes so it's nice to have 4 to rotate.

I had a total knee teplavement last week. These are just the right size to place one below and one directly on top of my knee. They don't "sweat" so i don't have to worry about my incision getting wet. Stay frozen for an adequate amount of time and since they come in a 4 pack I can switch them out as needed.

I needed additional ice packs. so I found these on a sale. they work okay. they get very hard and crunchy. I was looking for something that would last for about 30 minutes. Be cold and be squishy. one of them have already busted. and I've only had it for 2 months.

I use these most nights to soothe my itchy arms. One side is velvety so I don’t need to cover it. I even ordered some when I traveled to my son’s to have there. Highly recommend.

I love that one side is covered in a fuzzy material and not as cold and the other side is COLD so you can swap sides when you need to. I had back surgery recently and these were a life saver!

I have had multiple surgeries, broken too many bones to count, and I have used these over and over. They are so useful and sturdy that I highly recommend them.
