very large pads with side fastening which can be adjusted to fit and they will fit a very large person comfortably. I have used and had no leakages or accidents, important when a person really really needs not to be embarrassed.

Great product with super absorbency
Will NOT.. purchase this item again ... last time they were fine, but so far with this pack out of three, the tapes are not holding,at all, been using Molicare's over the past few months with NO problems, ordered these for convenience as it meant not having to go to my local healthcare centre, however, from now on that's where I will be going no more of this product for me, I have a bladder problem and need to have that night time security, as I said these have been ok before but this pack has proved useless so far ...
