Chamomile Flowers - Dream on. Most chamomile teas are made by crushing the flowers - not a nice thing to do. The best chamomile tea comes from brewing the whole flowers - which is exactly what we do. The chamomile flower is well known for its health benefits include calming, aiding sleep, and helping digestion. With our handy little tea temple design that allows you to actually view the contents of your brew – you are able to see each and every flower that goes into making this delicious blend – how cool it that? No more dusty leaves hidden in a paper tea bag, from now on you can drink the good stuff. We make sure that none of our teas are sprayed with any kind of chemicals or nasties, so you can guarantee that by drinking teapigs Chamomile Flowers, you are getting a premium cuppa! With the use of our 100% plant based tea temple – a clever little triangular tea bag made entirely of cornstarch, you can guarantee that each brew is designed to maximise flavour – allowing for lots of leaves and plenty of room for them to infuse in your cup. After you’ve finished your brew, don’t forget to pop your tea temple in your local council food waste recycling! Here, there is enough heat, water, oxygen, and micro-organisms to fully break down your little tea temple into natural elements in just 12 weeks. Even the packaging (with no plastic in sight!) can be popped in your recycling too. An environmentally - friendly cuppa with premium quality contents too? Win win! Ingrediants: pure, whole, chamomile flowers

Best tea anywhere....
My wife is something of a tea snob. Well, maybe 'snob' is not the right word. Aficionado? Connoisseur?Having tried basically every other chamomile tea on the market, we took a chance on a whole-flower teasan with a cutesy name.Teapigs has been difficult to find, even in our area (metro-NY), so I doubt that people will have much success finding it anywhere but Amazon. Needless to say, if and when you stumble across this brand, give it a try! Teapigs uses quality ingredients with no fillers (chamomile tea ingredients=whole chamomile flowers). The result is a delicious cup that requires no adulteration. Even our sweet-toothed, teenage daughter drinks it straight--no sugar or honey--a testament to the quality of the tea.If you are happy with the tea you are already drinking, then by all means, carry on. Teapigs is not the most expensive, but certainly more expensive than many other brands. For us, the price has been well worth the quality. We have only tried the chamomile, so I cannot speak to the quality or flavor of their other teas. If you're in the market for a top-quality chamomile, however, you should take a chance on Teapigs.

a little weak but makes up for it with large, identifiable chamomile flower pieces and no added flavors; pyramid bags are great
Flavor-wise, this is a pretty standard chamomile tea. Maybe even a little weak (though you can always brew it for longer to overcome that). I think the reason I have this opinion, though, is because most of the chamomile teas I've had have been blends rather than straight chamomile, whereas this product only has chamomile flowers as ingredients (nothing else) -- so the flavor is unenhanced, but also unadulterated. If you are looking for something more natural than some of the blends out there, then, you might really like this.Another thing that's great about this is the huge pieces of flower you can see inside the bag. You can actually identify them. There's no crushed stuff, no powder, just big pieces. And the pyramid bag is nice, especially with the large pieces -- the water has better access to what's inside the bag with the pyramid shape.Chamomile tea is supposed to relax you. I'm not sure whether this did that to me or not, but I'd had a lot of caffeine prior to consuming this for the first time, which may have negated any calming effects. In sum, if you like the flavor of chamomile by itself and/or are looking for a tea without any additives, this is definitely worth a try.
