Best Smart Switch
Analog control is a smart switch is great. Now you can quickly fine tune brightness pretty fast without tapping some toggle a million times. Best smart switch I've used so far, and they integrate pretty well in to Homeassistant. Gotta pay for it though, these are pricey. I'd do the whole house in these tomorrow if they were cheaper.

Just like a tv remote for your lights! Added so many needed (Pico) light switches because of this. Less expensive than wiring in new switches. Great idea!!!

Reliable reliable reliable - Best Smart Switches
Lutron smart switch is literally the best. A little costly but literally the most reliable connection among all smart switches I have seen. I also have it connected to my Home Assistant system

Very Convenient
I added this to replace an existing dimmer in order to add to my growing home automation network This is very convenient to program (with a hub) to have lights come on and off based upon scenarios that I set up. It's also great when I want to dim the lights but am too lazy to get off of my couch to do it. I just go to the app on my phone and set the level that I want.

Possible previously opened / used.
I'm not sure this was new. It arrived in a box that was pretty beat up and there were no wire nuts of screws in the box. The info with the switch in the box clearly states that they are included.

Failed Device
Bought 3 but one died 5 days after the 30-day return window expired even though it was only installed for a week or two. At $70 each you expect them to last. Hopefully the seller will contact me. The functionality is fantastic and typically Lutron is solid (including their amazing Serena Shades!). Will update review if anything changes.

MUST BUY HUB!!
I purchased two Lutron Caseta dimmer switches for my porch and flood lights. After reading and researching the smart switches, everything I read stated the lights would work on the app without the hub. I spent $150 dollars on two switches only to get them installed and discovered they WON’T work through the app or Alexa without the purchase of the hub. So now I’ve installed the switches and had to purchase the hub for another $80 dollars. I decided to buy a pico remote and spent another $100 dollars . If the description was more clear, I would have known a hub was needed to operate the lights through the app and could have bought the whole kit for $129 which included two light switches, the hub and the pico remote. Everyone read this so you don’t waste extra money.

Used is not New
$70 for a NEW item. I ordered 3 and 2 were used with no screws and wire nuts. Returning the 2 and ordering 2 more. I will continue to order until I have 3 new ones. Send me what I am ordering.
