I love the design and idea however the fabric doesn’t stay on the bottle it’s purely a holder more than a sleeve and the bottle that came with this item is cheap for the price your paying

The customerized way of names yes! But how do they expect kids to hold that bottle without the fabric falling off...honestly I was disappointed 😞

The quality of the bottle holder is very good. The bottle is average but good for the money.

The lid of the bottle broke the first time it was dropped on the floor, plastic screw top was very brittle, kept the sleeve and threw the bottle, struggling to find replacement bottle to fit the personalised sleeve

I found this bottle leaked in our bag initially but discovered that how tight I put the lid on (which felt fully on) wasn't quite tight enough. Once I tightened it, it stopped leaking.

Our bottles (we ordered two) arrived in time and the quality is just perfect, our daughters were really pleased with the customised name and keen to put them in their backpacks for school.We had an incident with one bottle and the lid breaks but the after sales team, when contacted to buy a replacement, sent us a spare one with no extra cost.Highly recommended product, we surely will be ordering some others for birthdays and other events
