Bad Packaging/Shipping
I love this tea—reminds me of my childhood. But the packaging/shipping was bad—the box arrived quite beat up! The tea inside seems ok but wish the box was in better shape.

Why change when you’ve got the best!
This company tries its level best to do everything the “clean” way. Constant Comment, in particular is front runner for all their tea products, which I also love!
