HIT OR MISS (NO SIDE EFFECTS).
Took these pills on 4 seperate occasions. I'm 6"0 240 athletic build FWIW.The first time I took them, it made me a bit queasy but not unbearable. Could feel some of the effects, which lasted for about 2hrs.The second time I took the pills, I took 2 pills at once. The effects were about the same, but I didn't feel sleepy or fatigued for hours. There was no crash.I would recommend these pills based soley on the fact that theres no serious side affects. The only downside is that the mental focus and energy boost wasn't what I was expecting.A product that I will recommend is Dr. Sinatra's electrolyte plus cardio. I stumbled upon it while looking for electrolytes to supplement my Keto diet. This stuff not only has electrolytes but it gives a much better energy boost (only 5g of sugar). I'm sure Dr. Berg's electrolyte powder will also have the same effect.

Very effective, but beware of nausea
This was my first experience using the caffeine + t-theanine combo and I have to say that I could definitely feel the increased energy, euphoria & heightened creativity after taking just one pill. I also found when I took a pill at work that I was much less reactive to stress and didn't get nearly as worked up as usual about the ups and downs of my day. They last for a good 4-6 hours, and the best way I can describe it is that it's like Adderall but without the nasty crash afterward or the real health risks.One caveat, though: I would definitely suggest taking with food & not on an empty stomach, or else you'll likely end up nauseous (trust me on this one). And all things considered, this is a pretty high dose (especially for a newbie), and I actually ended up opening the remaining pills and dumping about half the contents out, as with a bit of trial and error I eventually discovered that I reacted quite well (ideally, in fact) to no more than about 60mg caffeine & 100mg l-theanine. Everyone is different, but I personally tend to be a pretty strong believer in "start low and work your way up".

No more brain fog!
I was skeptical at first but it changed after few days taking this supplement. I definitely feel the difference. No more brain fogs in the morning and I have more mental clarity and focus. It helps me to stay focus and energized at my job, where I usually have to juggle multiple things at once. It’s a much better alternative than coffee as it doesn’t make me jittery and crash after couple hours. Definitely recommend!

A little energy without the jitters
I bought this stuff because I work nights and needed something to give me a little energy without feeling all shaky. I don’t have a ton of energy but I can tell a difference and it didn’t make me jittery at all.

I always struggle using any sort of energy supplement because I don’t want it to make me feel like my heart is going to explode out of my chest haha. This product is what I’ve been looking for. It’s exactly what the label says. I instantly felt a kick of energy but not in a jittery, heart pounding way. I highly recommend this product.
