Isadora Original Refried Beans 12.3 oz (Pack of 14)

I like Isadora's refried beans pouches for a handful of reasons. First, I really like that they're available in pouches as this type of packaging was what I had in my mind exactly. Second, I really enjoyed the taste; they can be enjoyed on their own or paired with other food items. Third, to me, they were thick, but not too thick, so I didn't need to pair them with sauces to reduce the thickness (but they do go well with sauces too I found out). Fourth, from what I could discern, they appear to be vegan friendly, as I noticed no animal products or byproducts in the ingredient list, which was a plus for me. Fifth, I like the selling price. Taking into account what I think are high quality refried beans pacakaged well, I view the selling price as quite reasonable.

When I don't have time to make beans these are my go to. And the favor is great. Doesn't have an after taste. Taste like home made.

These beans have a good flavor and are very creamy. Easy to heat and put right into a tostada!

After living in Mexico and finding these beans, we cannot settle for the canned variety again! Delicious and creamy…just like you’d get from a Mexican restaurant!

I put the beans on Stonefire Naan with a little cheese and it's a perfect breakfast or lunch
