Actually, My Doctor had me get on the Gatorade Zero as I work outside in the heat a lot and it has the electrolytes I need without the sugar. Don't be taken back by the initial salty taste because once you make up a half gallon of any flavor and chill it over night in the frig. it tastes like someone added sweetener when you weren't looking.

I hate plain water, liked liquid IV but too expensive, Stur was ehhhh then I picked this and I love it, cannot tell there is no sugar,tastes perfect
