Excellent in this price Excellent display and quality

I had bought BOAT watch in Aug 2024 and with in 22 days from purchase the watch stopped working as it was not charging .I icalled BOAT cus care and they advise to folllow the steps mention on their website to claim warranty as they dont have physical service centres and denied to take any warranty request on call. After all search i placed the warranty request on website but after submission the request was rejected with reason too many previous request pending and we are full to accept any new warranty claim. This is horrible and after 4-5 days of continuous attendance on the co website i was succesfully able to place warranty request then a msg was pop up that some courier agency will pick up the product in next 3-4 days .After 3 days some courier boy picked up the product then a mail was dropped that it will take 10 working days to revert on ur submitted claim. Even after 10 days i m still waiting for their revertthis is totally horrible i regret being a BOAT customer and request all of u to stay out of BOAT useless product

Raise to wake takes a while getting used to, as it's only triggered by a small range of motions, but the plus side is that the watch doesn't keep turning on if you move your hand ever so slightly. Saves lot of battery I guess.Weird thing is that it was giving out SpO2 and heart rate when I fastened the straps onto a random object too, but the readings were off. It tracks my heart rate pretty well, tested against gym treadmills. I'm not sure about the SpO2 though.The companion app is very good, it has lot of features, settings, and tweaks. Customizing the watch is very easy if you use the app. You can change/replace all Activities with others of your choice, and there are lot of activities listed in the app. The wallpaper settings are really good. Lot of cloud wallpapers, and the ability to fully customize and create your own wallpaper is also very good. The app also gives out boAt coins for doing certain stuff listed in the app.The watch has a nice-looking display, very bright outdoors, very dull indoors, just about right. The touch response is nice. Don't expect a lot of framerate, it should be around 30-40 hz. It has a speaker and a mic, to receive, make, and speak on calls using your watch itself. The speaker isn't very loud, so if you're driving/lot of wind, it will be difficult to hear, unless you keep your hand near your ears. The mic is good, captures my voice well, and with clarity. It has a rubber strap, and don't let anyone tell you rubber is bad. Before silicon, rubber was the OG. It's good. The hands on feel and weight of the watch makes me feel very good to wearit.

The media could not be loaded. 1. It comes wid a fitted belt so no hastle to keep pinning them.2. The app alows u to have a customized watch face this makes it more lucrative buy3. I rcvd few stickers m not really used to this though . But my kids r having fun wid it4. I never counted steps n stuff but this watch is an addiction . It goes all black and when u face it , it shows u how much did u walk n stuff. Kewl isn't it .5. Packing was good .Thank u amazon2nd post after service .Hindi have been using this watch not that regularly as i have many in collection, and i had to add this, its charging points on main dial wear out faster.This makes charging tricky as connection gets disrupted. I reported this but in vain, as warranty claim was rejected due to wear and tear not covered.Watch is good but do consider, sweat, and ofcourse if it won't get charged its of no use .

Looks very decent on the wrist both for girls and boys, Application is not that great but works fine. Overall a good buy if in offer.

Bought the chain strap variant as it is a bit different from other smartwatches with the usual strap. Good thing about this watch is that we can even change the straps if needed. So that's a good option for me, even though I have the chain strap, I can go for a leather strap and get it changed if I want.The display of the watch is big and crystal clear as it has AMOLED Display. It looks great and it even has and Always on Display feature. The watch faces can be customized as per your requirement and boat offers a variety of watch faces in their app as well.Apart from the design, it has a lot of good features in it as well. It has every feature for fitness tracker and also has a stress tracker, which is kinda new to me.We can get notifications on the watch and control music playback and increase or decrease volume, etc. The music playback control is very much useful for me as I wear airpods all the time. So this helps to surf the playlist without taking out my phone from pocket.Another main feature of this is that we can take or make calls in the smartwatch. I've tried it a few times, the call quality is good and the speaker has good sound, but the sound is a bit loud and other people may hear what you are talking. But you can change it to earpiece in the watch with a click.The battery backup is good enough for me as it lasts for 3 days in a single charge. I usually charge my gadgets everyday, so it is quite enough for me.Overall, this smartwatch is one of the best, considering the design and features. In my case, design played a big part. The pricing is a bit on the higher side, but compared to others it's a bit reasonable.

I recently purchased the Boat smartwatch, and while it has some great features, I am quite disappointed with the battery performance. The watch’s battery drains much faster than expected, even with minimal use. Despite following all the recommendations for optimizing battery life, I find myself needing to charge it more often than advertised.While the design and functionality are good, especially for fitness tracking, the poor battery life is a significant drawback. I hope Boat improves this aspect in future models.
