Broke after only 8 months of installation. Don't buy this item.

So far, so good. My last Penso & Co automatic hand dryer lasted about 1.5 yrs. Let's see how long thing one last. Updating my previous review as of 12/20/18: This one lasted several months before it gave out. I will not buy another one. They don't last very long with normal usage. I need to find a longer lasting hand dryer without spending an arm and a leg.

My wife has rhenards, ie poor circulation and very cold hands, so she absolutely loves this hand warmer/dryer, especially for the winter. We installed it next to the kitchen sink. It worked great for about 8 months, then quit. I checked power, etc., then got hold of [email protected]. They replaced the unit, no questions. You can't beat that for customer service!

It was great for the 3 years that it worked. We bought another hand dryer at the same time as this one and that one is still working although it doesn't look as nice as this one. We wish it was still working but unfortunately after only 3 years we will have to replace it.

I love it. It has only been installed a week, but I couldn’t be happier. It meets my expectations.The only difference is my husband opted to screw the dryer to the wall. Instead of using the mounting bracket.

I was at a doctor's office and saw this product, like it a lot. Ordered one for our office, and it has been one of the best investments in both in terms of performance and savings.
